MARKET ENVIRONMENT: by Woody Dorsey. Sentiment is coming in today @ 89% Bullish. I noted on Tuesday: “This pattern may set up for a quick rally.” Okay. Got that. Everyone knew the Fed would tighten. So, it had a really nice near-term bounce but that does not change the longer-term Tightening Campaign. This still appears to be Bear Market Behavior….
